Gordon Duncan was one of the most exciting and innovative pipers of his generation and his untimely death in 2005 left the piping world with a huge void. This recording has been produced by Greentrax for whom Gordon recorded three albums. A fourth was being planned at the time of his death but it was not to be. Instead a trawl of the archives found recordings made live in concert and in competition, appearances on the BBC Pipeline program and from a cassette only release on Dougie MacLean's Dunkeld Records.
